Guided by the highest integrity and a deep-rooted commitment to exceptional service, Victor co-founded Kahala Associates in 2001 with his wife and business partner Myra Brandt. Known for his keen financial and market expertise, Victor helps clients to capitalize on strategic opportunities and maximize their real estate investments.
Victor’s passion and specialty is focused primarily on income producing properties having bought and sold many for his own portfolio both in Hawaii and on the mainland. On several occasions he’s gone beyond representing a Buyer or Seller to become an active principal assisting throughout all phases of a project - from analysis and planning to construction build-out and marketing. When it comes to understanding Hawaii’s real estate market Victor blends the best of experience and expertise...and truly enjoys the process.
